Subscriptions and billing

How do I cancel Virra Pro?

Open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Virra and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

I was charged after the free trial

Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. Apple handles all App Store billing, so refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple usually decides within a few days.

I paid but the app still shows the paywall

In the app go to Settings → Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still does not show, email us with the receipt from Apple.

Analysis

What can I upload?

Any video up to 90 seconds from your camera roll. Vertical clips work best because that is what Virra is trained to grade.

The analysis failed or is taking a long time

Most analyses finish in under a minute. If one is stuck, check your connection and try again; a stuck upload is not charged twice. If it fails repeatedly, email us the approximate time and the length of the clip.

Is my video kept anywhere?

No. The video file is deleted once the analysis is complete. We keep the grades, notes and a single thumbnail. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Account

How do I delete my account?

In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your account, preferences and every analysis. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account, and it does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in iPhone Settings first.

Can I move my data to a new phone?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID on the new phone and your notebook comes with you.
